VIRGO THE THIRD HOUSE -Here the planet mercury becomes the lord of the 12^th and the 3^rd houses. If this planet happens to fall in the 5^th house in the sign Scorpio, it would be adversely situated from both of it’s signs. It will be 6^th from Gemini and 3^rd from Virgo.
